1. Bookings

Aim High Dyslexia reserves the right to change the assessment date should a difficult occur, giving the client at least 48 hours notice. You will be offered an alternative date, however if this date is not possible you will be offered a full refund.

Aim High Dyslexia will contact the client once all documents have been completed and signed to arrange a suitable date for the assessment.

2. Assessments

Aim High Dyslexia is responsible for keeping all current practising certificates up to date and maintaining the highest level of professional development.Aim High Dyslexia is responsible for maintaining all testing material.

3. Payments

You are responsible for the payment fees. 50% of the payment is due at the time of booking, the other 50% of the payment is required to be paid to allow the report to be released to the client.
It is your responsibility to ensure clear funds are available.

You have the right to cancel your assessment up to 48 hours prior to the organised date. At this time an alternative date will be offered or a full refund.

Aim High dyslexia reserves the rights to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of assessment for assessments that are cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed assessment date.

4. Using our website

Unless otherwise stated, Aim High Dyslexia owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions of use. 7. Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach these terms and conditions of use in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions of use in any way, we may: (a) send you one or more formal warnings; (b) temporarily suspend your access to the website; (c) permanently prohibit you from accessing the website; (d) block computers using your IP address from accessing the website; (e) contact your internet services provider and request that they block your access to the website; (f) bring court proceedings against you for breach of contract or otherwise; (g) suspend and/or delete your account with the website; and/or (h) delete and/or edit any or all of your content.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
